Pricing notes

How licences are counted.

Count the number of machines, count the number of users, and the higher of the two numbers is the licence count. No conversion tables, no per-feature add-ons, no audit-time surprises.

One application server, many users

One Windows server hosting an application accessed by 100 different users requires 100 licences — users are the higher number.

Many machines, few users

100 workstations on a shop floor used by 10 operators across shifts requires 100 licences — machines are the higher number.

Mixed environments

Apply the same rule across the whole environment: total active users versus total active machines, the larger of the two is the licence count. No location-by-location reconciliation needed.

Tokens are not metered

Issue as many tokens per identity as you like — NFC plus mobile plus a USB backup is one licence, not three. Token rotation and re-issuance are unlimited.

Maintenance is optional on perpetual

Email support is always included with every CodeB licence — perpetual or subscription, large customer or single seat. The optional maintenance contract on perpetual licences (20 % of purchase price per year) covers version updates: you keep getting new releases as we ship them. Without maintenance, the version you bought keeps running indefinitely — you simply stop receiving updates.

Volume and multi-year reductions

List prices apply to single licences. Larger rollouts, multi-year terms and bundled project deliveries earn material discounts — talk to us with your seat count and rollout timeline.
